On both PernMUSH and SouCon MUSH (and indeed many PernMU*s), there is a rite of passage that every weyrling dragonrider goes through... visiting something called 'Weyrling Rock'. It's a rockface that contains the entombed remains of a dragon and his rider, much like a fossil, from when they made an ill-fated jump between. I was trying to go for a bit of a fossilized look here with the shading on the top to make it look like a depression in the rock here, but I think it came out more like a bas-relief. I like the dragon, particularly since it's all original and probably the first time I really worked something like that out without cribbing off someone else's dragon-style. I remember spending forever working on the shapes of the wings and how the legs would work out and everything.
