This is a fake ad I created for The Medieval Virgin, a joke magazine based on the Brobdingnagian Bards' song 'Do Virgins Taste Better Medley'. Of course, this was a parody of Crest Toothpaste. The dragon here actually started life as a horse seen as the model of my image of blue dragon Aelyth on the Pern page. Same model, still a dragon, but a different one now. This one was hand-drawn and inked, then re-inked and shaded in Photoshop.
