One of four silly images of Wayne Alexander's two most prominent Babylon 5 characters, this one features the fearsome Vorlon Inquisitor, Sebastian, with a little bit of a funny commentary. Of this image, I think I got Sebastian's look down okay enough for the chibi styling of the cartoon. Then I put him in a clownface with a little magic wand in place of his 'cane of pain'. The only thing I didn't like was how I'd done the draping of his right pant leg.
