These images are of the Phoenix Force in Rachel Summers' body. It was taken from the cover of Excalibur 61, done by Alan Davis. The original image had her wearing the green Phoenix costume. I chose the red costume cos, just like Rachel, I like it better. Pamela Thalner and I had once done a green rendition of this picture, but while her inks were stellar as usual, my colors sucked, so I did one of my own here.
