This is a portrait of Minerva McGonagall with a lovely stern expression on Maggie Smith's face. In particular, in this image, I love her expression and the detailing of her hair and the shading on the wrist band. I'm not really fond of how her right arm and how the robes draped out, but those are definitely her hands. I think the original image came from one of the many magazines that predated either the first or second Harry Potter movies.
