These images were actual flames I took pictures of at a backyard fire at the Yesfans.com gathering in Blue Ash, OH, that I went back and photoshopped them so they were blue. I've been very attached to the notion of the druids' fire mentioned in Terry Brooks' Sword of Shannara books, hence the site name and my LJ and MySpace userIDs.
