This portrait of Sylvester McCoy as the Doctor isn't my favorite, but yeah, it's here because I did a metric assload of work on it, and it's nearly what I wanted it to be. And, dammit, look at the hard work I put into the Panama hat! I think I got his eyes right, and I'm very fond of the shading on the question mark handle on the brolly and in the paisley scarf and even his hair... but there's something off about the whole thing.
