This shot of Catriona was actually drawn in reverse by accident. I prefer wearing my lightsaber on my right side, and thus so does Catriona (she's not much of a Mary Sue, no). I believe the origin of this one was of a bit character in an X-Men comic, someone on Genosha. I can't remember who drew the original pose, but it kinda feels like a Bret Booth kinda thing.
What I particularly like about this image is the lightsaber again, based once more on the hilt I own RL, except mine doesn't have the ring on the end like Luke's did in the Original Trilogy, it has the knob like the lightsabers in the Prequels. I also like how her legs came out, and yes, I do want to make a pair of those boots one of these days. The metals of the chair and her legbands are neat... but I have no why I used that aqua shade for the chair cushion. It seems weird. I like the near end of the table, but I hate the far end. I know the perspective is totally wrong. Leonardo would be so proud. On the up side, I totally adore the sunglasses. They're not as dark as I envisioned the character's to be, but I just love how they came out. Oh, and her hair. Sure, not really realistic, but it's a comic book based pose, so bite me. :D
