This is a series, to demonstrate the sequence of creation: from original pencils to the inked edition and finally to the colored one. This is based on the blue dragon Aelyth from PernMUSH, ridden by my character of Nich (aka Nicholah). They lived at Benden Weyr on PernMUSH and I let the character go NPC when Anne McCaffrey insisted that the MUSH remove Benden Weyr from PC status. The image itself is based on a picture of a horse I found in a book of horse artwork that was written by Marguerite Henry of Misty of Chincoteague fame.
